Thank you - thank you - thank you for all your burrito and taco eating at Chipotle last Wednesday for our first PTA restaurant night of the year!  It was fun to see all those Forest Glen faces chomping on chips and guacamole too!  It was a hugely successful fundraiser for our PTA!  Our next restaurant night fundraiser will be at Alfie’s in November, stay tuned for details.

At our General PTA meeting on October 6th, the new bylaws were presented and approved via a vote of the membership in attendance.  Thank you to all that came to our abbreviated General Meeting!

Dr. Gordon, District 41 Superintendent, will be our guest speaker at the General PTA Meeting on November 17th.  He will be giving an update on what is happening in the District and will be open for questions.  If you have a question for Dr. Gordon, we ask that you email the question to Sarah Tuscher by 11/16.

We look forward to seeing everyone at Hobby Night on Thursday, October 15th.  All students, parents, teachers, and staff are welcome to attend to see the proud collections/hobbies of students and some teachers!  It is sure to be a fun night.
